Returns & Refunds

Contact Texture & Thread before sending any item back. Eligibility is reviewed against the item’s condition, the reason for the request, and any return terms shown with the order.

Requesting a return

Email [email protected] with the order number, item name, reason for the request, and photographs if the item is damaged or incorrect. We will provide the applicable instructions and return destination. An authorization is required before shipment.

Condition of returned items

Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, returned merchandise should be unused, complete, and in its original packaging. Missing tools, thread, accessories, or packaging may affect eligibility or the amount refunded.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without authorization may be ineligible. Additional exclusions, if any, will be disclosed on the product page or during checkout before purchase.

Return shipping

Responsibility for return shipping depends on the reason for the return and the instructions we provide. Do not ship collect-on-delivery. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Refund review

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Financial institutions may take additional time to post a completed refund. Any deduction will be explained.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us promptly after delivery and retain the item and packaging while the claim is reviewed. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
